CrossFit is a strength and conditioning methodology that focuses on improving your general physical preparedness. In CrossFit, you will run, jump, row, pull, push, throw, lift and use your body in the way it was meant to be used. The workouts vary daily and you always push yourself to find new limits.

We offer personal one-on-one training and individualized training in a small group environment, making sure you have the attention you deserve. We pride ourselves in tailoring a specific program that can help you achieve your goals.

- How do I get started?
The simplest way to get started is by booking a FREE No Sweat Intro Session. During this session, a coach will sit down with you in order to assess your goals and help you find the right program.
- What is a WOD?:
WOD stands for “Workout of The Day.” Our programming is very thoughtfully put together by our Head Coach/Owner.
- Do I have to be fit to start?:
CrossFit is meant for any person at any phase of their life, whether you are a Mom who just had a baby, or a professional athlete. CrossFit is infinitely scalable, meaning we design to meet you where you are now, and challenge you to get where you want to be.
- What Is ONRAMP?
ONRAMP is a program specifically designed for those new to CrossFit in order to safely expose you to all the movements we traditionally use. This program is six-one hour private sessions, in order to give you all attention and tools so that you can be confident on your first class.
- I have heard you can get hurt doing CrossFit, is this true?
You can injure yourself in any activity, but CrossFit is safer than many activities people perform every day. Actually, CrossFit is a way to protect yourself from injury. Our strategy for this is as follows: We always start with proper mechanics (learning how to do the movement correctly). Second: Consistency (the ability to do the movements over and over again with safe and efficient technique), Third: Intensity (the speed at which you do the movements).
- CrossFit seems like it’s more expensive than regular gym memberships. Why is this?
To some people the cost might seem high, but in reality Crossfit is a form of personal training, done in a group setting at a fraction of the cost. You are receiving a product that was created at high value, and done in way to make achieving your goals affordable.
